UAC is the option where a program will ask permission before doing some that is potentially dangerous. You may not want all Administrators to be able to approve dangerous activities:
- navigate security policty editor (secpol.msc)
- local policies
- security options
- "user account control: run all administers in Admin Approval Mode"
- check to allow administers to approve potentially dangerous acts
- clear to not allow administers to approve potentially dangerous acts
