Change the Default Document Directory

By default, all data is stored in 'c:\documents and settings\(username)\my documents'.

  1. open the context menu for 'my documents'
  2. select 'properties.'
  3. Change the target directory by either:
    • Changing the contents of the 'target' tab,
    • pressing the 'find target' button and browse to the folder.
  4. answer whether or not you want to move all existing data to the new location.
